Season Start Date
9 September 2023: Come and Try Session for Registered Athletes and Registration Pack Pick Up – Time TBC.
16 September 2023: Official season start date for fully registered athletes.
23 September 2023: Trialists welcome from this date.
Rego Pack Pick Up
There will be a registration pack pick up session at the clubhouse at Gooden Reserve on Saturday, 9 September 2023. Time TBC.
New & returning athletes will need to pick up their rego pack from our registrar at the clubhouse. New athletes will need to bring proof of age documents, either a birth certificate or passport.
Uniforms can also be picked up on this day. See the uniforms section below for more information.
Active Kids Vouchers

WHAC is pleased to offer a 2 Week Trial so your child can get a feel for the what Little Athletics is all about.
They can compete in their age group for 2 Saturdays from 23 September 2023.
You can register for a trial via REGISTER FOR A 2 WEEK TRIAL
The cost of the trial is $20. This fee is deducted from your registration fees if you choose to register your child for the rest of the 2023/24 Season.

Fees for the 2023/2024 season now include:
- Athlete entry for Championship Carnivals (COVID dependent, status pending)
- Access to qualified coaches. Training takes place most weeknights. For further details please see the Coaching Page.
For athletes in the U12 & over age groups, there is an option to obtain dual membership with Athletics NSW (ANSW), which allows athletes to compete at ANSW events throughout their season. The cost of this membership is $40 for a full LANSW registered athlete.
ANSW will require Dual athletes to individually activate or renew their ANSW Dual membership via the ANSW membership platform. ANSW will send very clear communications to all Dual athletes regarding this process along with the ANSW Membership Go Live date.
ANSW Membership will open in September (date TBC), please standby until ANSW registration period opens. Once open, there will be clear step by step communication sent out to all Athletes and Clubs on how to register for the 2023/24 Season. Please note in addition to the LANSW bibs, Dual athletes will be allocated ANSW bibs for use in ANSW Competitions.
We encourage all athletes in these age groups to take up registration with a Senior Athletics Club to expand their participation & enjoyment of the sport.
